First Assess: New entrant to the building industry.
Experienced Builder Assess: All other builders for residential work up to three storeys.
Owner Builder Assess: Registered owner of the property who has obtained a permit from the appropriate authority to build their own home and has now decided to sell the property within the 6 year statutory period.
Multi Unit Development: Developments of 10 or more units and a total of 3 levels or less.
